Design in Norway is always delightful. KADABRA - a small scale but strong design agency based in Norway - is the winner of the Norwegian Government's Design Competition 2008 – ”Design and Democracy”. The project titled “Blanke Ark” stand for "White Page" which represents the whole governmental election system of Norway.
As an election campaign it has to be neutral, clear, simple, loyal and solid. This awarded design well demonstrated how to find solutions that are suitable for everyone and taking balance between aesthetic and functional purpose.
The Election Day will hold on coming 14 September.

Lately I designed a name card for myself. The intention of doing this is actually for keeping contact with some interested employer during my graduation show in July. The design emphasizes uniqueness and originality by using spray paint and stamping.
Made 300 copies in total & most of the copies was already distributed under my booth. Thank you!

Obviously I am a big fan of MUJI - which invented decades ago in Japan. The ideas of minimal lifestyle, searching for beautiful things in original elements are never alone in the market but still difficult to run as a business.
a name that is both new for us in HK and people away from mainland China. emoi - found in Mainland China carrying the similar concept as MUJI does. A brand that connects greenery, design, simple life and price together. In the late July of 2009, emoi opened a brand new store in Causeway Bay. Few weeks ago I just randomly came across to this store and it impressed me a lot. Reasonable price and cool design, love their product tone indeed. Moreover their canvas bags really grabs me! lol
Few nice products are here and please check for more in their offical website or online store (only in Chinese).
Worth watching and shopping!
